Shipping Charges & Times
Shipping charges for destinations within the British mainland and offshore locations including the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands are determined according to the following order weight bands.

Small & Medium Items
These are despatched with a selection of couriers including DPD and UPS. Currently your order will take an estimated 1-3 days to despatch, although we endeavour to despatch your order as quickly as possible. After despatch, orders will be delivered the next working day with DPD or UPS, within 5-11 days in the case of special overseas dispatches categorised OCJ, or within 10-17 days in the case of special overseas dispatches categorised OH.
Large Items (2-Person Delivery)
Certain products require a 2-person delivery service due to the size or the nature of the product. Large item deliveries have a lead time of approximately 2 weeks.
Size is the main consideration in determining delivery times, however, an item's fragility, material type and occasionally other item properties may affect the delivery time. An item may be small in size but its fragility may require a specialist delivery, such as the delivery of mirrors and clocks with a large quantity of glass.
Shipping Destinations
We only deliver within the British mainland and offshore locations including the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands. All Small and Medium sized items may be delivered to these locations.
All Small and Medium items are sent on a next working day delivery service with carriers including DPD & UPS.
All Large items are collected by a specialist handling company and are moved to their depot. The specialist handling company will then contact you directly to arrange delivery. It is estimated this process will take 2 weeks.
We are unable to send Large items to postcode zones BT (all postcodes), HS (all postcodes), IM (all postcodes), IV26-99, KA27, KA28, KW (all postcodes), PA15-78, PH19-50, ZE (all postcodes).
We do not deliver to any non-UK locations.
